Greenheck CRD Series Ceiling Radiation Damper

The Greenheck CRD Series is a ceiling radiation damper engineered to prevent the passage of heat through ceiling membrane penetrations in fire-rated floor/ceiling and roof/ceiling assemblies. Available in standard (CRD-1) and wood truss (CRD-1WT) configurations to suit a wide range of residential and commercial ceiling applications.

Tested and listed to UL 555C, the CRD Series closes automatically when exposed to elevated temperatures to maintain the fire rating of the ceiling assembly. The CRD-1WT is specifically designed for compatibility with wood truss construction, while the CRD-1 suits standard commercial and residential ceiling installations. Both models feature durable, easy-to-install designs for HVAC diffuser and grille penetrations.
