Returns & Refunds
LK Metal Products Ltd. is committed to providing quality HVAC equipment, parts, filters, and supplies. We understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. All returns are subject to the conditions below
Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if they are unused, uninstalled, in new and resalable condition, and returned in their original packaging.
All returns are subject to approval by LK Metal Products Ltd. Please fill out our Return Form found on our front page. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally considered final sale and cannot be returned:
• Special-order or non-stock products
• Custom or fabricated products
• Products that have been installed, used, altered, damaged, or modified
• Electrical or electronic components that have been installed or connected
• Products missing original packaging, components, documentation, or accessories
• Clearance, discontinued, or final-sale products where indicated
LK Metal Products Ltd. reserves the right to determine whether an item is in resalable condition.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product, manufacturer requirements, condition of the merchandise, and circumstances of the return. Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated before the return is completed.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order when it is received or picked up. If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive an incorrect product, contact LK Metal Products Ltd. as soon as possible so our team can review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
Please retain the product, packaging, labels, and any relevant documentation while the issue is being reviewed. Photos or additional information may be requested.
Manufacturer defects may be handled through the applicable manufacturer's warranty rather than through the standard return process.
Equipment & Parts
Customers and contractors are responsible for confirming product compatibility, sizing, specifications, voltage, capacity, application, and other requirements before installation.
Once equipment or a part has been installed, connected, altered, or used, it is generally not eligible for return. Warranty coverage may still apply where applicable.
Filters
Unused and unopened standard-stock filters may be eligible for return with approval from LK Metal Products Ltd. Custom-size, special-order, used, opened, or damaged filters may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, LK Metal Products Ltd. will determine whether a refund or account credit is applicable.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping, delivery, freight, and other related charges may be non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by LK Metal Products Ltd.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed, shipped, transferred, fabricated, or specially ordered may not be eligible for cancellation or may be subject to applicable charges.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please fill out our Return Form with your order or invoice number, the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will review the request and provide instructions if the return is approved.
