Equipment may be shipped or delivered using LK Metal Products Ltd. delivery services or a third-party freight carrier, depending on the order and delivery location.
Standard shipping or delivery charges will not be added separately to equipment where shipping is included in the purchase price.
Additional charges may apply only where special delivery arrangements, expedited service, remote delivery, or other non-standard services are requested or required. If additional charges apply, they will be communicated before the order is finalized.
Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided as a general guideline and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, manufacturer delays, and other circumstances outside the control of LK Metal Products Ltd. may affect delivery times.
Customer Pickup

Customers or contractors picking up large equipment are responsible for arriving with a suitable vehicle and ensuring that products can be safely transported.
Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect products as soon as possible after delivery, shipment, or pickup.
If an order appears damaged, contains an incorrect product, or is missing an item, please contact LK Metal Products Ltd. as soon as possible.
For damaged shipments, please retain the product, original packaging, shipping materials, labels, and documentation. Photographs may be required to assist with a freight or carrier claim.
If significant visible damage is discovered at the time of a freight delivery, please ensure the damage is noted with the carrier before accepting the shipment whenever possible.
